    Cost categories

The total cost is the sum of three elements: advertising platform spend, campaign management and the system that responds to leads.

How much budget you need to get started

With an ad budget below 500 € per month, there is too little data to optimise: a realistic starting point for a local salon is 600-1.000 € per month.

    How to calculate your return

Your return is calculated on the value of the treatment plan sold, not the first treatment.

An example using conservative figures: a budget of 800 € generates 40 leads (20 € each). If 50% book and 70% attend, that means 14 people visit the salon. If a third buy a treatment plan worth 600 €, the revenue generated is around 2.800 €. You need to run the calculation using your own salon's actual figures, not those from a case study.

    Where budget goes to waste

Most budget is wasted through slow responses, unclear offers and audiences that are too broad for the actual catchment area.

    • A geographical radius that is too wide for how far clients are willing to travel.
    • Campaigns stopped and restarted every few weeks.
    • No tracking of how many leads turn into appointments.
